Tuesday - Friday, 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Closed: 1 January; 1 May; 24, 25 & 31 December
Admission
2,50 / 1,50 EUR
Free admission: Every 4th Saturday of the month.
Admission is always free for visitors up to and including 17 years as well as students of the Oldenburg universities.
The Edith-Russ-Haus is listed by the magazine art as one of the 300 leading museums in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. artCard holders receive tickets at a reduced price.
Guided Tours
Every Sunday during the exhibitions at 3 p.m. The tour is included in the exhibition admission. Group tours upon request also outside regular opening times.
Accessibility
The Edith-Russ-Haus is partially barrier-free. The exact description of accessibility can be found on the website Reisen für Alle.
Arrival by train
Destination station is "Oldenburg(Oldb)Hbf". The map shows a nice 16-minute walk from the station (A) to the Edith-Russ-Haus (B).
Arrival by car
Enter "Edith-Russ-Haus" into your navigation device. To the left of the house is a (somewhat narrow) entrance to the parking lot of the Edith-Russ-Haus. You can park here free of charge for the duration of your visit. Alternatively, you can also drive into the parking lot from Peterstraße 23.
