Luna Talk Oldenburg
Space: seminar room of the Edith-Russ-Haus
Date: 9 September 2022 (prospectively)
The event planned for 19 November unfortunately had to be postponed. It will now prospectively take place on 9 September 2022.
On a full moon, we will gather on occasion of the Luna Talk to speculate and critically investigate topics that the original Lunar Society from 1765 discussed as well as to explore new ideas within related fields that are challenging in our time.
The Luna conversation in Oldenburg will focus on the developments and the consequences of the current energy transition. With a small group of experts from different fields we will explore the history of energy and ecology, it’s relation to different kinds of ideologies and tendencies in new ecological energy developments in northern Europe today.
The talk will be moderated by Marjolijn Dijkman and Maarten Vanden Eynde.
